SmartRate Settings: this is where you will be able to enter in contract base rates for each station, include days of the week, length of contract, ad blocks, week of year, spot lenghts, dayparts, shows, packages and one sheets.

Base Rate: clicking on edit enables you to change the rates for each station. There is also a feature that allows you to bump up all station rates at the same time by adding in the $dollar amount and click “Bump rates on all stations”.

(watch the video below for an additional tutorial on base rate)

Days of the Week: This is where you will be able to adjust the pricing based on the slower or busier days of the week.

(watch the video below for an additional tutorial on days of the week)

Length of Contract: This is where you are able to adjust discounts depending on how long the ads run for. (Example: 13 weeks, 26 weeks, 52 weeks) The longer the contract length, the more of a discount your customers will get.

Ad Blocks: This will allow you to set up a discount if a customer buys a block of ads. This can be adjusted to reflect per week, per month or per contract.

Week of Year: Rates can be adjusted per season depending on slower times of the year.

Spot Lengths: This is where the contract is priced by how long the radio spot ad is. You can add as many time spots in this section as you would like.

Dayparts: You can add and edit as many dayparts as needed.

Shows: Add in special pricing for shows that your station runs

Packages: This is special pricing in a specific time frame

One Sheets: These are very basic specific pricing for any specials your stations run.
